Repair Warranty is 30 Days from repair, If the product is operating normally after repair, it is a satisfactory repair. There is no guarantee that it will not break again. Normal wear and tear and sun damages causes deterioration of the component used in manufacturing.
We are not responsible for deterioration during normal course of repair due to brittleness or age. A repair estimate is based on a quick look at the product, a revised estimate and approval may be needed when the repairs begun and the blind is tabled or put on a fix.
If we are unable to complete a repair due to non availability of parts, minumum inspection and diagnostic fee of $75 will apply.
Service call is $125 for a standard LV metro area( includes 30 minutes of labor) and $175 for a 2 man service call. This charge only covers the trip and up to 30 minutes of labor, not parts. The labor charge is $1 per minute with a 30 minute minimum. The clock starts upon arrival at location, 2 man service call is $1.65 per minute with a 30 minute minimum or $100 per hour.
Diagnostic Service call is $75 for a standard LV metro area. This charge only covers the trip and up to 30 minute of diagnosis labor. The clock starts upon arrival at the location.
Ladder needed? $45 charge for anything over 10 feet from the ground or above stairs.
Shutter Repairs? Due to fading of paints and stains, they cannot be matched exactly. Replacement slats will be made as close to the original color as possible. But it will not be an exact match. Wood deterioration may cause staples that are replaced to fail again. Shutter parts fabrication can take 2-4 weeks.
